Fire Sprinkler Engineering and Design
At Landmark Sprinkler we start at the beginning of every fire sprinkler project with a thorough on-site evaluation of existing facilities or a blueprint analysis for new construction. Our sales staff and sprinkler design specialists work closely with insurance companies and government agencies to develop a system that meets current codes and requirements. They balance all design criteria with protection objectives, projected reductions in insurance costs, budget requirements and special environmental and material concerns.
After consulting with you, our team works to determine the best system configuration for your project. Our state-of-the-art CAD capabilities allow us to meet tight deadlines and maintain "fast track" installation schedules. Compatibility with the CAD building systems of architects and engineers allows us to utilize existing construction data to achieve an integrated, comprehensive and consistent design.
BIM (Building Information Modeling) is an integrated process in our fire sprinkler system design, using a 3D model to better communicate design information. It allows for coordination between trades, improved accuracy, clear documentation, reduced waste and early decision making. All of which help to produce successful projects.
Landmark Sprinkler prides itself, by setting the standard, with our BIM capabilities in the fire sprinkler industry. Our state-of-the-art CAD software allows us to integrate the BIM process into any project.
Our sprinkler CAD software, AutoSPRINK, is a standalone 3D modeling program that utilizes AutoDESK's own real .dwg import/export engine, allowing for seamless compatibility with many of the CAD building systems used by architects and engineers. This compatibility allows us to utilize existing construction data to achieve an integrated, comprehensive and consistent design.
